Directions for Use

Store material only in original plastic bag packaging under normal climatic conditions (23°C, 50 % RH). Protect material from direct sunlight. It is recommended to adapt the material to indoor climate at least 24 hours before usage.

Returned Goods Policy

1. Before goods can be returned, you must contact IPS to be supplied a Returns Authorisation (RA) Claim number. 

2. No Claim will be recognised unless made in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.Please notify your sales representative, or send an email directly to sales@iphoto.net.au with all details. 

3. If claiming damaged or faulty goods, photographs MUST be included and accompany the written claim. 

4. You must refer to the invoice number provided at time of purchase.

5. If an item has been opened, used, or the outer box discarded, the product cannot be returned (unless faulty).

*All orders placed by 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day. Any order placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the following working day.

*Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within NSW, VIC, QLD.

*Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to NT, SA, WA & TAS.

*IPS have 3 separate stock holding locations, and your items will be shipped from the closest available warehouse.
