iPhoto Annual Remote Online & Phone  Support, Profiling & QC Package

Access to and use of the iPhoto Annual Remote Online & Phone  Support, Profiling & QC Package (iPhoto Technical Support Package)

is restricted to the entity that takes out the annual subscription.  The package must not be used either directly or indirectly to provide technical support to third parties.

Your annual subscription to the iPhoto Technical Support Package is intended to provide you with the level of support that is generally sought by our customers.  It is not intended to provide you with unlimited support.  Accordingly, support provided within the package will be capped at 20 hours per contract year but may be extended beyond the cap at our absolute discretion.  Any support provided that is outside the package will be charged at our standard rates. Unused support time does not carry over beyond the package term and is not transferrable.
