Returned Goods Policy
- Before goods can be returned, you must contact IPS to be supplied a Returns Authorisation (RA) Claim number.
- No Claim will be recognised unless made in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.Please notify your sales representative, or send an email directly to sales@iphoto.net.au with all details.
- If claiming damaged or faulty goods, photographs MUST be included and accompany the written claim.
- You must refer to the invoice number provided at time of purchase.
- If an item has been opened, used, or the outer box discarded, the product cannot be returned (unless faulty).

*All orders placed by 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day. Any order placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the following working day.
*Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within NSW, VIC, QLD.
*Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to NT, SA, WA & TAS.
